Salary: $110,000 - $120,000

What you will do
- Lead structured requirements elicitation activities including workshops, interviews, and working sessions.
- Develop and validate functional and non-functional requirements, business rules, and dependencies.
- Create current-state and future-state business process flows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Perform system configuration aligned with approved requirements and industry best practices.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of constraints and impacts.
- Support UAT planning, defect triage, and go-live readiness activities.
Requirements
- Strong background in business analysis, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder facilitation for complex projects.
- Experience developing business process flows and documenting requirements using use cases or user stories.
- Hands-on experience configuring enterprise software solutions based on discovery requirements.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional technical teams.
- Must be based in the US.
Nice to have
- Previous professional services or consulting experience (Big 5 consulting is a plus).
- Domain expertise in government or public-sector.
- Experience mentoring or coaching other consultants on facilitation and documentation standards.
