Location: Remote from home office within US territory (Reston area); up to 50% travel

Salary: $131,200 - $196,800 annually

What you will do

  • Act as primary point-of-contact for DISA at executive levels, focusing on strategic relationships.
  • Identify, qualify, and close business opportunities across hirify.global's hardware, subscription, and service models.
  • Prepare proposals, lead negotiations, and coordinate decision-making to drive sales.
  • Manage key partner relationships with systems integrators, service providers, and VARs.
  • Develop account strategies, maintain detailed profiles, and ensure accurate sales forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive threats.

Requirements

  • 5+ years direct sales experience in relevant environment; BA/BS or equivalent
  • Strong negotiation, solution selling, and presentation skills.
  • Experience selling networking/cybersecurity products, preferably hirify.global.
  • Ability to work from home office within the territory.
  • Top Secret (TS) clearance preferred.
  • Demonstrated skills in complex matrix selling and pipeline management.
