What you will do

• Serve as primary point-of-contact for major accounts at executive level, focusing on strategic relationships.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue long-term/short-term business opportunities while addressing competitive threats.
• Prepare proposals and presentations, lead negotiations, and close sales across hirify.global solution portfolio.
• Manage key partner relationships with Systems Integrators, Service Providers, and VARs.
• Develop account strategies, maintain detailed profiles, and coordinate sales support teams.
• Travel up to 50% and work flexible hours as needed.

Requirements

• 8+ years direct experience in account management
• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• Strong negotiation, closing, solution selling, and presentation skills
• Advanced client interfacing, influencing, and pipeline management
• Specialized knowledge in networking products, preferably hirify.global
• Ability to work from home office in the territory (Southern California)
