What you will do

• Establish and lead a company-wide Competitive Intelligence (CI) function to sharpen the enterprise's competitive focus.
• Analyze market trends and competitive activities to inform growth strategies, go-to-market activities, and product plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to identify competitive challenges and validate market claims.
• Create and maintain a competitive scorecard to track progress against strategic organizational goals.
• Partner with RevOps to integrate CI into sales processes, including win/loss and customer satisfaction insights.
• Identify and profile potential M&A and partnership targets aligned with the company's growth strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in market and competitive intelligence roles within B2B-focused organizations.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across diverse business units.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-paced environments.
