Salary: $220,000 - $240,000 per year

What you will do
- Establish and lead a company-wide Competitive Intelligence (CI) function to sharpen the enterprise's competitive focus.
- Analyze market trends and competitive activities to inform growth strategies, go-to-market activities, and product plans.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to identify competitive challenges and validate market claims.
- Create and maintain a competitive scorecard to track progress against strategic organizational goals.
- Partner with RevOps to integrate CI into sales processes, including win/loss and customer satisfaction insights.
- Identify and profile potential M&A and partnership targets aligned with the company's growth strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in market and competitive intelligence roles within B2B-focused organizations.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across diverse business units.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-paced environments.
