What you will do

• Lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative consumer research from problem definition to insight delivery.
• Partner with marketing, product, and customer-facing teams to identify key business questions and shape research agendas.
• Translate research findings into compelling stories that influence stakeholder decision-making.
• Design and execute studies including brand tracking, creative testing, and audience segmentation.
• Synthesize multiple data sources, including platform data and market trends, into cohesive insights.
• Build scalable research frameworks and best practices to improve insight generation across the company.

Requirements

• Strong experience in consumer insights or market research, ideally within the tech, media, or digital advertising sectors.
• Expertise across both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Proven ability to turn complex research into clear narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, or strategy teams.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and structure research plans from loosely defined problems.
• Must be based in the United States.
