What you will do
- Architect and lead the Asia research strategy, moving towards AI-augmented systems to predict market shifts and consumer behaviors.
- Design and oversee high-stakes quantitative and qualitative research, including market sizing, brand tracking, and pricing tests.
- Build deep multi-market intelligence to ensure Taiwan remains a dominant thought leader in priority verticals.
- Develop annual research roadmaps prioritizing initiatives based on ROI and executive stakeholder needs.
- Review and validate AI-generated research outputs to ensure methodological rigor and expert judgment.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Editorial teams to embed insights into value propositions.
Requirements
- 12–15+ years of experience in market research or consumer insights within digital media, tech, or internet services.
- Ability to transform multi-source data into compelling strategic narratives for executive decisions.
- Mastery of research methodologies, including survey design, sampling, segmentation, and campaign measurement.
- Experience scaling research programs across multiple markets with a focus on speed and cost-efficiency.
- Experience evaluating and refining AI-augmented workflows, such as automated text mining and predictive modeling.
- BA or BS degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
