Salary: $155,200 - $190,000 USD annually

What you will do
- Lead and coach a small team of Account Managers across gym and studio segments to exceed engagement and activity goals.
- Personally manage and grow relationships within the top 50 accounts, overseeing the full expansion sales cycle.
- Develop repeatable GTM playbooks and strategies to standardize cross-sell and upsell motions across the client base.
- Conduct value-driven quarterly business reviews to position the company as a strategic growth partner.
- Collaborate with Partnerships, Marketing, and Client Success to align priorities and improve client satisfaction.
- Provide commercial insights to influence product development, pricing strategies, and market segmentation.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in B2B SaaS, specifically in expansion sales, upsell/cross-sell, or strategic account management.
- Proven experience leading and developing team members while simultaneously managing a personal book of business.
- Strong ability to build structured, repeatable sales motions and operational playbooks.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, with a strong preference for Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage diverse client stakeholders.
- Must be based in the United States for the specified compensation package.

- Experience operating within multi-product SaaS environments.
