What you will do
- Manage relationships with customers throughout their lifecycle, including implementation, training, success planning, and renewal.
- Provide meaningful reporting and insights to customers.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow existing partnerships through upsells and cross-sells.
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with clients and engage all relevant account stakeholders.
- Become an expert on hirify.global’s solutions and market landscape.
- Utilize CRMs (ideally Salesforce) to manage renewal opportunities, contacts, and accounts.
Requirements
- Experience managing relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated executive presence and comfort in creating and delivering presentations.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
- Experience crafting strategic success plans that align with organizational goals.
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks, and create strategic plans to improve customer sentiment.
- Capability for long-term, big-picture thinking combined with short-term strategy execution.
- Ability to operate independently while knowing when to seek team support.
