Financial Consulting Supervisor - Finance as a Service

Salary: $85,100–$161,700 annually, plus discretionary performance bonus

What you will do

• Manage client Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash, and month-end close cycles.
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, financial statements, and variance analyses.
• Analyze financial information and provide actionable decision support to client management.
• Lead, manage, and coach client service representatives, associates, and senior associates.
• Improve accounting operations and implement systems, modules, integrations, and repeatable methodologies.
• Support client onboarding, engagement budgeting, prospect meetings, and proposal development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Progressive experience in corporate accounting and financial management, such as accounting supervisor, assistant controller, controller, finance director, or CFO.
• Strong GAAP, management accounting, operational finance, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis knowledge.
• Excellent communication, analytical, decision-making, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, including formulas, tables, and pivot tables.
• Experience with automated accounting systems such as Intacct, NetSuite, BlackLine, Bill.com, or Tallie.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• Interest in emerging technologies such as OCR, AI, and accounting bots.
