TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the US (Remote/Hybrid options available in SC and MA)

What you will do

  • Lead business operations and program office management to ensure the organization meets its strategic goals.
  • Manage financial planning, including revenue and expense projections, non-billable budgets, and hiring plans.
  • Oversee complex project portfolios, tracking schedules, financials, and deliverables to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Drive resource planning and deployment processes across global locations and manage subcontractor relationships.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of direct and indirect reports, handling performance reviews and hiring.
  • Create executive-level reports, dashboards, and scorecards to analyze operational performance.

Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of experience (or Master's with 12+ years).
  • 8-10 years of experience in Program/Project Management, Business Analysis, or Project Administration.
  • Knowledge of P&C Insurance software applications and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Proficiency in Excel, JIRA, JIRA Service Desk, and Workday.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
