What you will do
- Lead and transform the PMO division, developing innovative frameworks and automation to increase delivery capacity without proportional headcount growth.
- Design and implement project management systems for technical implementations, pilots, migrations, and upgrades.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of Project Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and scalable delivery excellence.
- Establish strategic relationships with Technical Experience, Product, Sales, and executive leadership to ensure business alignment.
- Drive the adoption and optimization of platforms like Salesforce and Monday.com to maximize efficiency and transparency.
- Develop metrics frameworks and predictive analytics systems to track PMO effectiveness and forecast capacity needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or Engineering; PMP or PMI-ACP certification required.
- 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles managing PMO functions in high-growth SaaS companies.
- Must have the legal right to work in the US at the time of application.
- Proven track record of scaling PMO operations through process optimization and methodology innovation.
- Deep expertise in SaaS customer implementations, technical integrations, and platform upgrades.
- Experience building and leading project management teams with 10+ direct and indirect reports.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Business Administration or Project Management.
- Experience in contact center technology, workforce management, or AI/automation solutions.
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Agile/Scrum, or Change Management.
