GTM Strategist (Fintech)

GTM Strategist (Fintech): Scaling hirify.global’s revenue engine and commercial lifecycle within the embedded finance sector with an accent on outbound execution and strategic dealcraft. Focus on designing sales playbooks, managing consultative sales with CEOs and Founders, and translating market feedback into product direction.

Location: Onsite in New York (Tribeca), 5 days/week

Salary: $175,000 – $225,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the full commercial lifecycle from sourcing and discovery through solution design, negotiation, and closing.
• Act as a trusted advisor to founders and CEOs at vertical SaaS and fintech companies to reimagine their monetization strategies.
• Design and iterate on sales processes, playbooks, messaging, and pipeline infrastructure.
• Partner with Marketing and Product teams to develop demand generation strategies and customer narratives.
• Translate market insights into product direction by delivering structured feedback to Engineering teams.
• Represent the company at industry events and lead prospect briefings.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in consultative B2B sales, strategic advisory (IB, PE, consulting), or GTM at an early-stage startup.
• Proven ability to operate with ownership in ambiguous situations and influence cross-functionally.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills to simplify technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• Deep curiosity about fintech and infrastructure business models.
• Must be based in New York for 5 days/week onsite work
