Salary: $230,000–$270,000 per year

is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing "off-the-shelf" CAR T cell products for cancer and autoimmune diseases.
What you will do
- Lead cross-functional teams across Research, Clinical, Regulatory, Ops Tech, and Commercial to execute program strategy.
- Own and communicate program strategy, scope, deliverables, timelines, and key risks.
- Facilitate project execution from Pre-IND planning through BLA/MAA approvals.
- Develop integrated development plans to maximize program value and ensure milestones are met on time and on budget.
- Manage program governance, including decision-making processes and presentations to senior management.
- Coordinate program team operations, including planning agendas, scheduling, and action item tracking.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences or related field.
- At least 12 years of project management experience in the biotechnology industry.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Experience in cell therapy strongly preferred.
