Salary: $230,000–$270,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams across Research, Clinical, Regulatory, Ops Tech, and Commercial to execute program strategy.
• Own and communicate program strategy, scope, deliverables, timelines, and key risks.
• Facilitate project execution from Pre-IND planning through BLA/MAA approvals.
• Develop integrated development plans to maximize program value and ensure milestones are met on time and on budget.
• Manage program governance, including decision-making processes and presentations to senior management.
• Coordinate program team operations, including planning agendas, scheduling, and action item tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences or related field.
• At least 12 years of project management experience in the biotechnology industry.
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience in cell therapy strongly preferred.
