Salary: $150,000 - $220,000

What you will do
- Grow revenue through existing CX-focused partners within the assigned territory.
- Recruit, onboard, and activate new strategic partners aligned with the go-to-market strategy.
- Develop collaborative business plans with defined revenue targets and growth initiatives.
- Drive partner engagement via regular meetings, QBRs, enablement, and joint account strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Channel Operations to accelerate bookings.
- Manage forecasting and pipeline visibility using Salesforce and Power BI.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management within UCaaS, CCaaS, or AI communications.
- Must reside in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, or Washington, D.C.
- Proven track record of managing strategic partner relationships and understanding the TSD ecosystem.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and business reporting tools like Power BI.
- Ability to articulate the impact of AI and automation on customer experience and partner outcomes.
- Ability to travel approximately 50%.
