Lead RGM & Pricing Analyst (Revenue Growth Management): Leading RGM analytics to predict and track results for pricing, promotions, and trade incentives with an accent on predictive modelling and price elasticity analyses. Focus on developing new analytics tools, creating pro forma P&L reporting, and synthesizing complex data to drive strategic growth decisions.
Location: Hybrid in Deerfield, IL (Flexibility to work from home Mondays and Fridays)
Salary: $90,000 – $143,000 USD

What you will do
- Act as the technical lead for predictive modelling and price elasticity analyses to facilitate decision-making.
- Define, monitor, and report key metrics to influence strategic decision-making for Marketing and Sales.
- Establish processes and templates to measure the effectiveness of pricing, promotions, and programs.
- Develop and modify analytics tools and dashboards to provide current metrics and insights.
- Create pro forma and P&L reporting to complement pricing decisions.
- Combine internal and external data sources to analyze the competitive landscape and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Math, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in Finance or Business, with at least 3 years specifically in Pricing, Sales, or Marketing.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into decision-ready insights.
- Interpersonal skills for effective collaboration in a team environment.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- Experience developing Use Cases or User Stories.
- Proficiency in Qlikview, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel.
