TL;DR
Business Analyst (License Compliance): Identifying and correcting non-compliant software license usage across the Clinical Effectiveness customer base with an accent on contract terms and unauthorized access investigation. Focus on remediating compliance concerns, improving existing processes, and preventing piracy through data analysis.
Location: Hybrid (8 days/month onsite) in the USA (Available in multiple locations including Waltham, MA; Sacramento, CA; Chicago, IL; Coppell, TX; and Minneapolis, MN)
Salary: $68,900 - $118,050 USD

What you will do
- Identify non-compliance across the customer base by reviewing usage and account information.
- Work directly with customers to remediate compliance concerns through established policies.
- Collaborate with other business segments to achieve remediation and resolve issues.
- Analyze existing compliance processes and recommend structural improvements.
- Oversee day-to-day changes to customer access to ensure strict contract compliance.
- Detect patterns in compliance issues and identify instances of software piracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a compliance-related field (fraud, security, or data analysis).
- Strong ability to understand and interpret complex contract terms and authorized use.
- High proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working with Customer Relation Management (CRM) systems.
- Must be based in the USA and able to attend the office 8 days per month.
