What you will do

  • Achieve retail sales plans and manage territory spending budgets including freelance and travel expenses.
  • Build relationships with store teams, conduct coaching, training, and motivation on ABH products and services.
  • Execute business reviews, new product launches, in-store events, and promotional activities to drive sales.
  • Recruit, interview, train, and coach freelance support and licensed professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with State Board regulations, proper merchandising, and inventory levels.
  • Monitor competitive landscape, analyze sales data, and communicate opportunities to ABH team.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from Fort Lauderdale, FL; valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle required.
  • Strong technology skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to make strategic decisions based on sales analysis.
  • Flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and travel.
  • Experience in retail sales, relationship building, and event execution.
