What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of complex, cross-team product initiatives.
• Partner with Product and Design to translate ambiguous problem spaces into scalable technical solutions.
• Establish and evolve architectural patterns that support growth and reliability.
• Raise the engineering bar through thoughtful code reviews, mentorship, and technical guidance.
• Identify and proactively address technical debt, performance issues, and systemic risks.
• Influence roadmap decisions with a strong product and systems mindset.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development within growth-focused roles.
• Proven experience operating at a Staff level within a product-focused engineering organization.
• Strong backend or full-stack technical depth with a track record of delivering customer-facing systems at scale.
• Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic technical leadership.
• Must be based in the United States (as per salary zones and benefit eligibility).
