Salary: $145,350 – $171,000

What you will do
- Design and deliver reliable, high-quality product experiences for the patient onboarding funnel.
- Own features end-to-end, from technical design to shipping and iteration.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Analytics teams to run experiments and improve patient outcomes.
- Build and evolve systems for patient acquisition, registration, and eligibility verification.
- Optimize systems for performance, correctness, and resilience as the business scales.
- Integrate AI-assisted development tools into your daily coding workflow.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building, shipping, and maintaining production-ready software systems.
- Strong core engineering fundamentals in API design, data modeling, and clean code.
- Proven capability in building user-facing product experiences or robust backend services.
- Demonstrated ability to own features end-to-end and communicate technical tradeoffs.
- Active experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools in daily workflows.
- Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
Nice to have
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with data-intensive workflows, pipelines, or integrations.
- Exposure to modern cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability tooling.
- Prior experience in high-growth or experiment-heavy product environments.
