Salary: $145,350 – $171,000

What you will do

• Design and deliver reliable, high-quality product experiences for the patient onboarding funnel.
• Own features end-to-end, from technical design to shipping and iteration.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Analytics teams to run experiments and improve patient outcomes.
• Build and evolve systems for patient acquisition, registration, and eligibility verification.
• Optimize systems for performance, correctness, and resilience as the business scales.
• Integrate AI-assisted development tools into your daily coding workflow.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building, shipping, and maintaining production-ready software systems.
• Strong core engineering fundamentals in API design, data modeling, and clean code.
• Proven capability in building user-facing product experiences or robust backend services.
• Demonstrated ability to own features end-to-end and communicate technical tradeoffs.
• Active experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools in daily workflows.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).

Nice to have

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with data-intensive workflows, pipelines, or integrations.
• Exposure to modern cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability tooling.
• Prior experience in high-growth or experiment-heavy product environments.
