Salary: $95,000–$120,000 OTE

What you will do

• Produce high volumes of brand assets including paid ads, social graphics, email headers, event signage, and presentation decks.
• Partner with the paid media team to adapt assets based on performance metrics and data.
• Maintain strict brand consistency across all deliverables, managing spacing, hierarchy, color, and typography.
• Implement AI design tools and new production workflows to increase the speed and scale of output.
• Support integrated campaigns and event activations through asset adaptation and resizing.
• Contribute creative direction and conceptual ideas when requested in project briefs.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of brand or graphic design experience with a diverse portfolio.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Proven experience producing assets for both digital and print channels.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with motion design or basic animation in After Effects.
• Familiarity with AI design tools that accelerate production output.
• Previous in-house experience at a B2B SaaS or tech company.
