Focus on creating flexible frameworks, translating complex strategies into campaigns, and elevating design standards through cross-functional collaboration.

Location: Hybrid in SF or NYC offices (must be willing to work from our SF or NYC office at least 3x per week); relocation assistance available for San Francisco or New York.

Salary: $251K – $313K • Offers Equity

What you will do

• Define and evolve the brand to position as healthcare AI leader, establishing scalable principles and direction.
• Inspire design team through critique, vision, and alignment; articulate creative decisions to stakeholders.
• Translate strategy into campaigns, brand moments, and resonant experiences across touchpoints.
• Evolve brand system with flexible frameworks, templates, and libraries for growth and cohesion.
• Partner cross-functionally to concept and launch initiatives, blending strategy and hands-on execution.
• Apply world-class fundamentals in typography, layout, composition, and color across digital, print, and experiential work.

Requirements

• 9+ years in visual, product brand, and crafting design systems at scale.
• Strong communication and storytelling to articulate brand impact on product and trust.
• Portfolio showing mastery in typography, composition, hierarchy, interaction design, and detail.
• Experience in fast-paced environments, handling multiple projects strategically and executively.
• Must be willing to work from SF or NYC office at least 3x per week.
