What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable global recruiting processes and governance.
• Own and optimize critical programs, including interview excellence, employee referrals, and internal mobility.
• Establish clear KPIs and reporting to transform hiring decisions into a data-driven process.
• Design onboarding and continuous upskilling programs for the global Talent team.
• Own and optimize the talent tech stack, specifically Ashby, and integrate AI-forward systems.
• Partner with People leadership to develop and enable the long-term global talent strategy.

Requirements

• Proven track record in a senior Talent Acquisition or People Operations role within high-growth environments.
• Strong ability to build predictive workforce analytics and translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Deep operational expertise in Ashby and experience aligning priorities across diverse global teams.
• Builder's mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and create processes from scratch.
• Experience driving operational cohesion across Finance, Legal, and People teams.
• Must be based in New York City for full-time on-site work.
