What you will do

• Drive the annual TA Operations roadmap and quarterly planning cycles.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs, including major ATS implementations.
• Develop the TA AI roadmap, piloting AI-powered workflows in Claude and Cowork to reduce manual work.
• Manage the TA tech stack, ensuring tools and data infrastructure support accurate forecasting.
• Create SOPs and process documentation to eliminate tribal knowledge and improve operational consistency.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program management or TA operations at a high-growth tech company.
• Proven ability to deliver complex, cross-functional programs and influence senior leadership.
• Hands-on AI fluency, including building and shipping workflows in Claude.
• Deep proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Ashby, Workday) and PM tools like Linear.
• Ability to define success metrics and bring data-informed analysis to leadership.
