What you will do
- Own the entire HR technology stack, ensuring the ecosystem is modern, scalable, and cost-effective.
- Design, configure, test, and optimize Workday across Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, security, and reporting.
- Implement AI-powered enhancements to augment Workday functionality, including workflow intelligence and predictive insights.
- Leverage automation and AI to scale HR operations and increase efficiency within a lean team.
- Manage complex annual cycles for merit, bonus, equity, and promotions with precision.
- Partner with HR and IT leaders to translate business requirements into intuitive, frictionless technology experiences.
Requirements
- 8+ years of HR Technology experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration across multiple modules.
- Proven experience implementing AI-driven HR solutions (automation, content generation, etc.).
- Demonstrated ownership of Advanced Compensation configuration and cycle execution.
- Strong ability to lead cross-functional discussions and influence stakeholders.
- Analytical and design-thinking capabilities to build employee-centric solutions.
Nice to have
- Experience in the semiconductor or high-tech industry.
- Expertise with Workday Extend, Workday Journeys, or Workday Help.
- Experience scaling HR technology within a growing organization.
