What you will do

• Own the total North America gross sales forecast by synthesizing and pressure-testing inputs across account and category teams.
• Drive regular trend vs. forecast reviews, incorporating sell-through dynamics, retailer inventory health, and new product performance.
• Partner with Sales, Supply Planning, and Finance to align assumptions and drive accountability in the demand review process.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to automate analysis and surface business-relevant narratives for leadership.
• Build and adapt planning processes and reporting frameworks to track KPIs like forecast accuracy and bias.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in S&OP, demand planning, or commercial analytics within a consumer goods or retail environment.
• Background in cross-functional program or project management to drive alignment across commercial and finance teams.
• Strong fundamentals in baseline demand, promotional lift, NPD ramp, and constrained vs. unconstrained bridging.
• Must be based in or able to work from Needham, MA, United States.
