Location: Hybrid schedule with three in-office days (Monday–Wednesday) in Norwalk, CT

What you will do
- Build SKU-level demand plans across the product portfolio using statistical models and business insights.
- Improve forecast accuracy by analyzing sales velocity, seasonality curves, and promotional impacts to reduce overstock and stockouts.
- Validate and extend forecasts using third-party and internal data sources for new marketplaces, listings, and SKUs.
- Create and maintain performance reports (monthly/weekly/daily) and deliver ad-hoc reporting by transforming large datasets into insights.
- Support cross-functional teams with analytical guidance on high-priority projects and maintain data integrity across reporting systems.
- Help scale planning operations by improving processes/infrastructure and producing documentation, dashboards, and presentations.
Requirements
- BA/BS in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 4–7 years of proven experience in demand/merchandise/supply planning, category/consumer analytics, or related roles.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Pivot and Power Query (data transformation required).
- Experience organizing, analyzing, and building reports from large datasets in Excel or internal systems (e.g., NetSuite, Power BI, Toolio).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
