Salary: $89,000 – $112,000 Yearly

What you will do
- Lead the analysis of sales trends to improve weekly item-level POS projections and align plans with retail partners.
- Determine forecasting models based on consumer consumption, product history, and marketing programs.
- Create weekly shipping plans by item and channel to support retailer in-stock levels and order needs.
- Participate in S&OP consensus meetings and collaborative forecasting sessions with retail Buyers and Replenishment Managers.
- Optimize fill rates by influencing the end-to-end order process and maintaining perfect POs.
- Direct the execution of Direct Import business from Asia in partnership with the Hong Kong office.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years relevant experience in sales analysis or merchandise buying/planning.
- Must be located in or able to work onsite in Rogers, Arkansas.
- Expert proficiency in MS Office, specifically as an Excel Power User.
- Direct forecasting experience in highly seasonal environments with long lead times.
- Knowledge of demand forecasting tools such as JDA, SAP, Demantra, or Anaplan.
- Experience analyzing and blending large data sets from various sources into actionable reports.
Nice to have
- Experience in the CPG or retail industries.
- Proficiency with PowerBI, Alteryx, BigQuery, or other database programs.
- Experience with statistical forecasting techniques and model building.
