• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles across all teams
• Source high-caliber candidates using talent landscape knowledge
• Conduct initial screens and coordinate interview processes
• Partner with leaders to refine requirements and ideal candidate profiles
• Make strategic recommendations on talent acquisition
• Manage funnel dynamics and sourcing volume for healthy pipelines

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably at growth-stage startups
• Analytical mindset and data fluency
• Deep tech industry knowledge, especially early-stage environments
• Experience maintaining quality while moving quickly
• Strong written communication skills
• Proven ability to identify candidate success factors beyond qualifications
• Proficiency with recruiting software (Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter) and AI tools
