What you will do

• Build high-quality pipelines for engineering, ML, and infrastructure roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other channels.
• Write personalized, compelling outreach to engage passive high-tier technical talent.
• Conduct introductory screens to assess interest and baseline fit.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate technical role requirements.
• Manage pipeline data in Ashby and report on top-of-funnel health.
• Experiment with new sourcing strategies, messaging angles, and Boolean search strings.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sourcing experience.
• Proven experience recruiting for technical roles (agency, RPO, or corporate).
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Gem, or similar tools.
• Strong writing skills for human-centric, non-templated outreach.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience with Boolean search and GitHub sourcing.
• Genuine interest in AI, ML, or developer tooling.
