What you will do
- Build high-quality pipelines for engineering, ML, and infrastructure roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other channels.
- Write personalized, compelling outreach to engage passive high-tier technical talent.
- Conduct introductory screens to assess interest and baseline fit.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate technical role requirements.
- Manage pipeline data in Ashby and report on top-of-funnel health.
- Experiment with new sourcing strategies, messaging angles, and Boolean search strings.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sourcing experience.
- Proven experience recruiting for technical roles (agency, RPO, or corporate).
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Gem, or similar tools.
- Strong writing skills for human-centric, non-templated outreach.
- Must be based in or be able to work onsite in San Francisco.
Nice to have
- Experience with Boolean search and GitHub sourcing.
- Genuine interest in AI, ML, or developer tooling.
