What you will do

• Drive full-cycle recruiting for business roles from strategic sourcing to offer negotiation and closing.
• Partner with founders and leadership to define role requirements and calibrate talent profiles.
• Build strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and proactive outbound outreach.
• Conduct phone screens and guide candidates through the interview process with speed and clarity.
• Develop and refine scalable recruiting processes, interview frameworks, and candidate experience best practices.
• Analyze recruiting metrics to diagnose pipeline issues and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally focusing on GTM or business roles.
• Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
• Must be based in or work in-person from the San Francisco office.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.
• High bar for quality and precision with a strong bias for action and creative problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for revenue-generating roles such as SDRs, AEs, and CSMs.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools like Gem, Ashby, or LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Deep understanding of GTM organizational structures.
• Analytical approach to recruiting using data-driven insights.
