What you will do
- Drive full-cycle recruiting for business roles from strategic sourcing to offer negotiation and closing.
- Partner with founders and leadership to define role requirements and calibrate talent profiles.
- Build strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and proactive outbound outreach.
- Conduct phone screens and guide candidates through the interview process with speed and clarity.
- Develop and refine scalable recruiting processes, interview frameworks, and candidate experience best practices.
- Analyze recruiting metrics to diagnose pipeline issues and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally focusing on GTM or business roles.
- Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
- Must be based in or work in-person from the San Francisco office.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.
- High bar for quality and precision with a strong bias for action and creative problem-solving.
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting for revenue-generating roles such as SDRs, AEs, and CSMs.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools like Gem, Ashby, or LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Deep understanding of GTM organizational structures.
- Analytical approach to recruiting using data-driven insights.
