TL;DR

Customer Advocacy Manager (SaaS): Building and nurturing relationships with customers to turn them into brand advocates with an accent on capturing success stories and managing advocacy programs. Focus on amplifying the voice of the customer across marketing, sales, and product teams to drive engagement and retention.

Location: Must be based in California (Campbell or San Jose) and be able to work on-site at HQ three days a week

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a customer advocacy strategy to drive engagement, retention, and brand loyalty.
  • Recruit satisfied customers for advocacy programs, including case studies, testimonials, references, and reviews.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create compelling customer stories, videos, and social proof.
  • Manage customer reference programs to support sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Organize and manage customer events, webinars, and community initiatives.
  • Gather and share customer feedback with product and leadership teams to influence roadmap decisions.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in customer marketing, customer success, or advocacy roles.
  • Strong storytelling and content development skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • On-site presence at HQ three days a week is required.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with customer lifecycle and journey mapping.
  • Public speaking or event management experience.
  • Knowledge of social media and community engagement strategies.
