TL;DR

Customer Advocacy Manager (SaaS): Own execution and operations of the global hirify.global Ambassador Program, scaling engagement for 200+ customers and delivering high-impact experiences. Focus on customer recruitment, experience design, advocacy activation, community building, and cross-functional alignment to drive business growth.

Location: Hybrid work model balancing office and remote, dual HQ in Lausanne, Switzerland and Boston, MA; base salary ranges across all US locations.

Base Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 (US)

What you will do

  • Own day-to-day operations of the global advocacy program, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Recruit and engage customers, building trusted relationships and active participation.
  • Design and execute virtual/in-person events, experiences, and recognition initiatives.
  • Activate advocacy through case studies, testimonials, peer reviews, and speaking opportunities.
  • Build and foster a vibrant customer community with valuable interactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, sales, and product teams on business priorities.
  • Track metrics, optimize programs based on data/feedback, and manage tools/vendors.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in customer marketing, advocacy, customer success, or similar roles executing engagement programs.
  • Experience designing and delivering virtual/in-person events and programs.
  • Strong project management, organization, and operational skills.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication to build rapport and deliver professional communications.
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.
  • Data-driven approach to track and optimize program impact.
  • Comfortable with AI tools; familiarity with CRM/marketing automation platforms a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
