Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Los Angeles, Palo Alto, or San Francisco, CA (office 3 days/week)

Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and maintain a company-wide AI learning roadmap to drive meaningful business impact across various functions.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate business challenges into concrete AI use cases, adoption plans, and success metrics.
• Design and deliver hands-on learning experiences and scalable resources, including prompt libraries, playbooks, and toolkits.
• Integrate AI into core Talent & Culture programs, including learning, performance management, and career development.
• Advise the AI Council on tool adoption, scalability, and usability based on employee experience and practical feedback.
• Define and track adoption and effectiveness metrics to demonstrate business impact and inform investment decisions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in AI, product, strategy, or L&D with a track record of driving organizational change.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional alignment without formal authority.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, and Cursor.
• Experience building and owning a strategic roadmap for an organizational initiative or product.
• Ability to translate technical AI capabilities into business language and practical workflows.
• Must be based in and able to work from the LA, Palo Alto, or San Francisco offices 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a multi-brand or global tech organization.
• Background in engineering, AI systems, digital transformation, or learning strategy.
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks, automation tools, or AI workflow design.
