What you will do

• Define the people strategy for AI adoption across Product Development and Engineering, focusing on workforce implications and capability gaps.
• Lead organizational design and job architecture redesign to incorporate AI augmentation, automation, and human-AI teaming.
• Map and redesign high-priority engineering workflows to optimize human-AI handoff points using Lean or Agile methodologies.
• Develop and execute change enablement plans to manage workforce anxiety and cultural shifts during AI adoption.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards to align AI-driven job designs with hiring and compensation frameworks.
• Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to track the organizational impact of AI adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data, or Software Analytics.
• 5+ years of experience in HR, people strategy, or org transformation, with at least 3 years supporting Engineering or R&D functions.
• Expert knowledge of GenAI and agentic AI concepts to engage credibly with technical leadership.
• Proven experience in workflow mapping and business process improvement.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to present to VP and C-suite audiences.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Needham, MA.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Information Science, Computer Science, or Data Science.
• Experience with digital org design tools like OrgVue or methodologies like the Galbraith Star Model.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate or Copilot Studio.
• Prior management consulting experience in AI workforce transformation.
