What you will do

• Lead the global HR function across recruiting, people operations, compensation, and compliance.
• Partner with founders to shape organizational structure, workforce planning, and long-term talent initiatives.
• Design and implement scalable global HR systems, workflows, and onboarding programs.
• Own and evolve the recruiting function to attract top-tier talent across AI research, engineering, and product.
• Manage compensation, leveling, equity, and performance review processes.
• Establish and maintain compliant employment frameworks across US and international entities.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and scaling People Operations and Recruiting at high-growth tech companies.
• Strong knowledge of US employment practices, compensation structures, and compliance.
• Experience scaling international teams across multiple countries and functions.
• Track record of recruiting and retaining top-tier talent in highly competitive markets.
• Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management.
• Ability to operate autonomously in fast-changing, ambiguous startup environments.
