What you will do

• Lead the connection between financial strategy and technical execution, driving AI enablement across the Finance organization.
• Transform complex data into actionable business intelligence and manage the integrity of the financial reporting ecosystem.
• Act as the primary liaison between Finance and technical teams (Engineering and Data Science) to ensure business logic is accurately represented.
• Drive the roadmap for data accessibility and tech stack modernization, including the implementation of Generative AI tools.
• Lead and develop the Financial Reporting and Insights team to deliver on a complex reporting roadmap.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Finance, Data Strategy, or Business Intelligence.
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field (MBA preferred).
• Technical proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI platforms to build financial models and validate data.
• Proven track record of bridging the gap between technical teams and business-focused partners.
• Strong leadership presence with experience managing people in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be located near hirify.global offices in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis.
