What you will do

• Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes.
• Perform P&L variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards using Power BI and Databricks.
• Translate complex business questions into structured financial analysis.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align financial performance with company strategy.
• Improve efficiencies through automation and AI functionality.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in strategic FP&A roles (headcount forecasting, budgeting, etc.).
• Proficiency in SQL, PowerBI, and Excel.
• Experience with AI/ML & LLM applications.
• Must be located in Utah and able to work from the Draper office 3+ days a week.
• Strong business acumen and ability to communicate with executive leadership.
• Degree in finance or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in the SaaS industry.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Proven track record of applying AI/ML tools to revenue or pricing analytics.
