Salary: $154,200 - $203,110 base + 20% annual bonus

What you will do

• Act as a strategic advisor to the CRO and GTM leadership to influence investment decisions and growth initiatives.
• Own monthly forecasts, annual planning, and long-range GTM modeling aligned with pipeline and revenue targets.
• Develop KPI dashboards (ARR, Billings, CAC) and conduct detailed variance analysis.
• Analyze pipeline, productivity, and LTV/CAC drivers to optimize resource allocation.
• Partner with Sales Ops and HR on headcount planning, capacity models, and incentive structures.
• Drive automation of reporting and forecasting using hirify.global Designer, SQL, Snowflake, and AI.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A or GTM Finance, preferably within a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Proven experience supporting Sales/GTM leadership with deep understanding of revenue models.
• Expertise in financial modeling and experience using Anaplan.
• Proficiency in data tools including SQL, Snowflake, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Experience leading or mentoring finance teams to scale organizational capability.
• Must be able to serve in compliance with U.S. export controls.
