Location: Hybrid in San Francisco Bay Area (Mountain View, CA office), 60% time in office, 2-3 days per week

Salary: $200k - $230k per year (California)

What you will do

• Lead annual operating budget process, headcount planning, and cloud cost forecasting across all cost centers globally.
• Own budget calendar, templates, tooling, and consolidated outputs in partnership with CFO.
• Serve as primary finance business partner to cost-center owners, driving monthly budget vs. actuals reviews and accountability.
• Build cost center reporting frameworks and perform scenario modeling for investment optimization.
• Produce monthly financial analysis with narratives and support board reporting.
• Improve budgeting systems and processes like Abacum and hirify.global Reporting for global scalability.

Requirements

• 8+ years progressive finance experience; 2+ years Director/Senior Manager FP&A or multi-department business partnering
• Planning expertise in tech/SaaS with recurring revenue and headcount-driven costs.
• Deep knowledge of budgeting, cost management, opex analysis.
• Experience managing global teams across time zones.
• Strong business partnering, influence, and process improvement skills.
• Proficiency with finance tools: Abacum, Adaptive, NetSuite, Coupa, Salesforce; AI literacy and workflow integration required for all roles.
• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics or STEM; MBA a plus.
