What you will do
- Own the full-funnel demand generation strategy from awareness and consideration through to pipeline revenue.
- Lead a team of campaign professionals to transform marketing from activity-based to outcome-driven.
- Design integrated campaigns tailored for modern B2B buyer cycles, including AI-influenced research and digital-first discovery.
- Coordinate multi-channel execution across paid media, email, content syndication, webinars, and ABM.
- Establish a campaign measurement framework to track pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Drive the adoption of AI-enabled marketing tools and workflows to increase operational speed and scale.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of B2B marketing experience, with 4–5 years specifically in demand generation or integrated campaigns within tech/SaaS.
- Proven track record of building or transforming a demand generation function and leading high-performing teams.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or HubSpot.
- Strong performance marketing instincts focusing on conversion rates and revenue efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA highly valued).
- Must be based in Oakville, Ontario, Canada.
