TL;DR

Implementation Consultant (Software): Implementing and supporting Altera software solutions, including Paragon, at client sites with an accent on system configuration and workflow consultation. Location: North Carolina, United States. Primarily working in a standard office environment or remotely. Up to 80% travel (including international) may be required.

What you will do

• Implement and support Altera software, including Paragon, at client sites using domain-specific knowledge.
• Perform system configuration tasks and provide professional consultation on workflows and best practices.
• Collaborate across internal teams to deliver client solutions and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Manage project workplan tasks, identify, and resolve system issues throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Provide critical activation and go-live support to ensure seamless transition for clients.
• Facilitate client expectation settings and develop recommendations to address key business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work-related experience.
• 4–7 years of relevant work experience in software implementation.
• Proven experience with workflow consulting, system configuration, and client support.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% of the time, including international travel.

Nice to have

• Advanced knowledge of Altera solutions and Paragon products.
