What you will do

• Develop creative concepts for branded environments, activations, pop-ups, and retail displays.
• Create environmental graphics, spatial layouts, and physical brand moments.
• Produce 3D models, mockups, and renderings for internal reviews and client presentations.
• Translate brand guidelines into physical experiences and environmental systems.
• Prepare technical documentation for fabrication, print production, and vendor handoff.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Strategists, Producers, and fabrication partners.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in experiential, environmental, retail, industrial, or spatial design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating spatial design and customer interaction.
• Fluency in 3D modeling software such as SketchUp (Rhino, Cinema 4D, or Blender are pluses).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Understanding of materials, fabrication methods, and production processes.
• Must be based in or able to work from Portland, OR.

Nice to have

• Rendering experience with V-Ray, Enscape, or KeyShot.
• Knowledge of Figma.
• Motion design or animation skills.
• Ability to art direct photography and on-site installation details.
