What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional squads (Engineering, PM, Research, Data Science) to oversee UX from concept to launch.
• Drive design decisions for "Quests" to achieve revenue goals and milestones.
• Create high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for various devices and platforms.
• Present designs to the wider organization to build consensus and alignment.
• Maintain and contribute to the internal Design pattern library.
• Iterate on features based on experiment data and user feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and shipping web/app products.
• Proven experience as a design lead for features or end-to-end projects.
• Expert-level proficiency with Figma.
• Strong ability to combine systems thinking with visual design craft.
• Experience using data to inform design iterations.
• Must be based in San Francisco, California

Nice to have

• Experience mentoring other designers.
• Knowledge of building design systems.
• Advanced prototyping and interface animation skills.
• Basic understanding of CSS, JavaScript, or React.
