What you will do

• Lead the design of products and features using a user-centric approach.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop innovative solutions aligned with business goals.
• Conduct and analyze user research and usability tests to understand user pain points.
• Prioritize and estimate tasks for multiple projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Contribute to and adhere to design guidelines and processes.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience designing UX, UI, or interactions for customer-facing products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Design suite.
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA or ADO.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, and responsive design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field.
