Salary: $76,500–$86,500 USD annually plus bonus eligibility

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Chicago, IL
• Strong conceptual design skills with a portfolio demonstrating brand identity and packaging work.
• Deep understanding of CPG industry standards and shelf-impact drivers.
• Ability to extend design thinking into retail, digital, and social media formats.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
