Salary: $80,500 - $115,000

What you will do

• Translate high-level product requirements into workflows and prototypes and iterate based on feedback.
• Design clean, intuitive, and responsive web interfaces using reusable components and design patterns.
• Create detailed specifications to guide engineering teams during implementation.
• Communicate design rationale effectively across small, interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain account origination products and integrate them with cloud-native back-office systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in UX and UI design with an emphasis on product design.
• Proficiency with Figma for design and prototyping.
• Portfolio demonstrating expertise in both UX/UI and visual design.
• Ineligible for immigration sponsorship; must have permanent work authorization for the US.
