What you will do
- Manage and develop a portfolio of client relationships, acting as a day-to-day commercial and insight partner.
- Deliver insight-led projects and solutions in collaboration with consulting, analytics, and delivery teams.
- Support the full sales cycle, including opportunity identification, proposal development, pitching, and renewals.
- Identify and execute opportunities to grow client engagement through upsell and cross-sell of relevant solutions.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations to support client decision-making.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast while building strong internal relationships to ensure effective delivery.
Requirements
- Experience in a commercial, account management, consulting, or insight-led role.
- Exposure to selling or delivering data-driven, analytical, or insight-based solutions.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and contribute to commercial conversations.
- Strong communication skills to translate data into practical business actions.
- Experience working within retailers, FMCG, media, or consultancy environments.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in London.
