What you will do

• Lead end-to-end development of licensed hardlines such as action figures, statues, and replicas from concept through production.
• Act as the primary point of contact for licensees regarding approvals, submissions, and product reviews.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure alignment with IP guidelines.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Partner with licensing, marketing, and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in licensed consumer products, specifically in toys, collectibles, gaming, or entertainment hardlines.
• Advanced understanding of product lifecycle management and manufacturing methods for collectibles.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and PowerPoint.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (implied by US-specific benefits and location).
