Director, Product Marketing, Legacy (Game Development): Driving global game marketing and performance across a portfolio of iconic hirify.global IP with an accent on product positioning, audience definition, and go-to-market execution. Focus on leading a team, developing strong planning processes, and advancing hirify.global’s global marketing capabilities and performance.

Location: Hybrid work model, in-office attendance is an essential function. Must be based in the US. Willing to occasionally conduct meetings with Europe and Japan around normal US business hours as needed.

Salary: $180,000–$222,000

hirify.global is a global entertainment company known for its iconic video game intellectual properties and presence in America, Europe, and Japan.

What you will do

  • Own all aspects of marketing leadership for a portfolio of assigned titles, from long-range planning to postmortem.
  • Develop and lead product positioning, audience definition, and overarching global marketing strategies.
  • Drive the timely planning and execution of go-to-market plans across all marketing channels.
  • Oversee the creation of all global marketing assets, including key art, logos, and trailers.
  • Mentor and develop a team of product marketing leads.
  • Manage the Western P&L and marketing budget across your portfolio.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a marketing role within gaming or consumer products.
  • Experience at a major game publisher or consumer product company with experience launching multiple games.
  • Must be a gamer or passionate about the gaming industry.
  • Experience working in a global environment and developing global marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets of $5M - $50M+.
  • Direct experience and knowledge of 1st party console and PC platform partner processes and policies.

Nice to have

  • MBA.
  • Japanese language skills.
