What you will do
- Own all aspects of marketing leadership for a portfolio of assigned titles, from long-range planning to postmortem.
- Develop and lead product positioning, audience definition, and overarching global marketing strategies.
- Drive the timely planning and execution of go-to-market plans across all marketing channels.
- Oversee the creation of all global marketing assets, including key art, logos, and trailers.
- Mentor and develop a team of product marketing leads.
- Manage the Western P&L and marketing budget across your portfolio.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a marketing role within gaming or consumer products.
- Experience at a major game publisher or consumer product company with experience launching multiple games.
- Must be a gamer or passionate about the gaming industry.
- Experience working in a global environment and developing global marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing marketing budgets of $5M - $50M+.
- Direct experience and knowledge of 1st party console and PC platform partner processes and policies.

- MBA.
- Japanese language skills.
