What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of existing municipal and university accounts, ensuring timely contract renewals and meeting retention and growth quotas.
  • Serve as the primary post-implementation point of contact and trusted advisor for client leaders to understand their unique operational needs.
  • Develop strategic client account plans and identify market-fit opportunities for hirify.global products and services.
  • Proactively identify and close expansion opportunities within the existing business portfolio to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to troubleshoot challenges and support account-specific requirements.
  • Analyze account data to develop strategies that optimize parking programs and increase user engagement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in account management, client success, communications, or public relations.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas or growth targets within an existing book of business.
  • Strong background in technology management; experience in education or specialized tech sectors is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Must be based in Texas and surrounding areas.
  • Willingness to travel (10-20%) to engage with clients on-site.
